Most of the staff come in as qualified and experienced practitioners having attained their qualification in childcare level 2 and 3 in childcare. They are given access to various trainings by the company to enhance their entrance and support their work.

All staff have completed the Pediatric First Aid course as well as various checks such as Disclosure and Baring Service (DBS) and References.
