Admission
Children will only be considered upon completion and return of the registration form and after the non-refundable administration fee has been paid. Please see below for our registration fees depending on location:
Deptford
Registration fee (non-refundable): £45.00 per child
Deposit fee (refundable): One-week fee
Plumstead
Registration fee (non-refundable): £45.00 per child

Welling
Registration fee (non-refundable): £45.00 per child

Note: full deposit shall be refunded once the child leaves the setting. We require a one-month notice if a child is leaving, and during this time, you must continue making full payment, irrespective of if the child attends or not. Our fee still applies up until the last day.

We require a month’s notice before a child leaves the nursery.
We are open for 52 weeks a year, except bank holidays and inset days (when we close for one staff training day per term.) Our nurseries are open Monday to Friday, 7:00am – 7:00pm:
- Deptford nursery opens at 7:00am and closes at 7:00pm.
- Plumstead nursery opens at 7:00am and closes at 7:00pm.
- Welling nursery opens at 7:00am and closes at 7:00pm.
We respectfully request parents to collect their child/children on time and not later than 7:00pm (dependent on the nursery). A penalty will be charged for any late collection and must be paid upon child collection in cash.

Fees
Both weekly and monthly fees are automatically invoiced to the parent(s) or guardian(s) named on the registration form. Our nursery policy states that all fees should be paid in advance, not in arrears.
- All fees are charged monthly in advance and should be paid upon the first working day of each month.
- Weekly payment must be made in advance, at the beginning of each week.
- Monthly fees are calculated based on the weekly charge for sessions attended, multiplied by 52 (weeks) and then divided by 12 calendar months to create a fixed monthly charge.
